Default trying to find a word exactly

Hi I prepared a document and there is one more document which is related and prepared by me.

How do I mentioned (in title) that the other document is also enclosed with this document ?

Can I use the title "References" and mention as :

References:
1. Document ABC
2. Document XYZ.

But these documents are not exactly references as I prepared them by myself. What is the exact word to title it ?
