Default a little paragraph

Hi all,
I need some help this paragraph.Is it right as grammar especially passive?



"Thank you for your interest.
The bilatreal agreement was sent to you by post in last week by the my university tha ABC.Furthermore I know XYZ's application deadline 30 November.It may be late our post.For this reason all the same I am sending our bilatreal agreement and my application documents by mail and besides by post."

Also, please note that there in a space after periods (full stops) and commas.
