a funny story
In a crescent moon night, a turtle, a centipede and a rabbit were drinking wine together. They were amorously wondering why the moon was so beautiful when the bottle ran dry. The three drunkard wanted to drink more and more. But who of them would go out to buy a new one? The rabbit refused to do so by saying he got drunk and stood unsteadily . The turtle could not go out as well because he always felt shy and had a very short neck. Thus, the centipede had to do the extremely hard work. Indeed, he crawled too slowly to come to anywhere. The turtle and the rabbit were waiting longly in their home when they decided to look for the centipede. Surprisingly, at the time they came at the door, the centipede were wearing his shoes. As far as we know, a centipede has many foots. When would he finish wearing his shoes and tightening laces at all?

It is in fact a funny story but if you don't find it funny or interesting., it is because of my poor ability of narrating a story.

We generally don't use 'as well, also, too' with negatives.

Thanks very much,
Is it better if I write:
One moonlit night, on the ground,a turtle, a centipede and a rabbit were drinking wine together.

"Their home" is right (if they all live there).
Actually I missed this. "Longly" is not right. I think you mean "for a long time".
