The topic of my essay is stress things that cause stress and how to cope with it i am not sure how to start it off properly and how to drag things out to 1 and a half pages this is all i have so far
Stress is the body’s response to something it can’t handle both physical and mental. (Carpenter & Huffman, 2008) There are many things that can cause stress in a person’s life these things are known as stressors. 2. Write an outline – list the main points that you will write about

a. Define mental stress
b. Define a stressor
(i) What may stress some people may not stress other people
2. What causes stress in different people
a. Lack of money
b. Lack of friends
c. Lack of a job
d. Lack of a good education
e. Not knowing how to make friends
3. Coping with stressors
a. Learn how to overcome the items noted in #2 above
b. Learn how to react to stressful situations

c. Exercise will reduce stress
4. Write a conclusion
a. Restate the problem
b. Write that by following the ideas listed above, one can overcome stress
Following the outline that you have written – write at least two sentences for each item in the list. Next, merge the things that you have written. Bring these ideas together – Example, “While snakes may prove stressful to some people, the lack of a job make be a stressor for other people.
