    Default please explain this sentence

Please explain green sentence in simple form. I don't understand their concept.
The new V28/33D engine is fully compliant with IMO-II and EPA Tier-II legislation and its compact design is tailored for three main segments:
Multiple propulsion application, including all types of fast ferry, naval ships and superyachts; an STC edition; and as gensets for offshore applications.

Multiple propulsion application - Can be used for different types of vessels regardless of their method or propulsion.
All types of fast ferry - All kinds of ferry boats that move quickly.
Naval ships and superyachts - Large ships.
    STC edition - Inadequate information.
Gensets - Basically, an electrical generator.

The V28/33D engine has been built according to a certain set of rules. This engine is small and can be used for many different types of boats and ships. In addition to its' use in boats, it can be set up as a generator for sites away from the land - oil drilling platforms, for example.
