Writing through emails.

I am new to this member.
I do most of my correspondence with vendors through email. I really get confused in ending sentence. Should i write in the end "Thank you " or "best regards" or "sincerely etc. Please help me out.

You will notice, though, that short samples of writing are commented on more quickly.
