Natural Resources!

World is consuming natural resources too fast, whereas human beings defaulting themselves by not utilizing intelligently these resources. Here I am particularly talking about Water, it is the main and basic unit of life. To survive in this world you must have sufficient resources of water to satisfy your needs.

Today, the world is facing immense shortages of water reservoir. You can say that next war between any two countries would be on Water resources. People are less aware in utilizing these precious resources, large portion of these resources are wasted just because of inadequate handling of so called civilized men.

The world is consuming natural resources too fast, whereas human beings people are hurting defaulting themselves by not intelligently utilizing intelligently these resources. Here I am particularly talking about water, it is the main and basic unit of life. To survive in this world you must have sufficient resources of water to satisfy your needs.
(As a side note, water is never lost. It is used over and over again. The water we have today has been here for millions of years.)

Today, the world is facing immense shortages of water reservoir reserves. You can say that the next war between any two countries would will be on water resources. People are less aware in utilizing these precious resources, large portion of these resources are wasted just because of the inadequate handling of by so called civilized men. Inadequate handling of water resources has little to do with being civilized. You might mean educated or trained.

There is no reason to capitalize water.
While there is nothing wrong with using "human beings", "people" is almost always a better choice.
