There are just too many variations of English cursive writing for me to direct you to a definitive text or website that will help you decode those letters. I would suggest asking for help from a native English speaker.
I am a native speaker and teacher of English to native speakers, and I can't read about a third of what my students write. The computer keyboard has eliminated penmanship classes from almost all American curricula.
Also, judging by some of the "text speak" garbage I get, the keyboard is far from being the salvation of written language.

Read them as often as you can, and then no one will believe you can not read them.

Thank God for Bill Gates?

I remember mandatory classes in Cyrillic with ink and quill (steel not feather :>)). It was painful for all parties involved especially for those who had to retake a complete year for the sake of bad handwriting.
