I got my Ph.D. degree in a couple of weeks ago so that I just asked a recommendation letter to a supervisor in M.sc. course and two supervisors in Ph.D. course. They will directly send you a letter within two weeks because two professors will be back from their seminars in Italia and France in early of next week.
