With reference to the above matter, 1 Utama have agreed to waived a security deposit of RM1,000.00.

TVC Television Channel Sdn Bhd hereby will take full responsibility for all the damages occur in the premises.

Need to write letter.. Please check above.

If Utama is an individual, it should be 'has', but if a company you can use has/have.

I'd say 'for all damage that might occur' or 'damages occuring'. The former sounds better because it sounds less certain that there will be any damage. I'd also use 'damage' uncountably.
