make up= constitute
get rid of= eliminate
go up= reach
keep up=maintain
go down= decrease
look over= review

come up with = develop
make up= constitute -- Depends on context. The couple made up - resolved their differences
get rid of= eliminate
go up= reach -- Depends on context, but "increase" would be a better choice than "reach" in most situations I can think up
keep up=maintain
go down= decrease
look over= review
