Just use a period and end the sentence.

I agree. But I think the ellipsis was supposed to indicate the omission of something like '...many other things that I find it impossible to express' - a rather romantical use of punctuation, which many people find indispensable [often people who dot their Is with a naive icon representing a flower] and many other people find meaningless.
