- In socioeconomic strategy of Vietnam, besides getting maximum national funding, the external support funding is very important. The loan funded by ADB and the grant funded from DIFD for CRLIP are significant support funding for Vietnam’s poverty reduction in general and for the provinces in particular.

- CRLIP has a huge fund size, about 1.200 billions VND, it is approximately 2/3 counterpart budget investing in the four provinces annual. Thus, we see, this is a very important project, it needs to be managed, using at right object, right subject and efficiently.

annual- annually

There's too much stuff here for people to look at- you are posting large amounts of highly specialised text that really requires the dedicated time of a proof-reader experienced in the area.
