I want ask about writing autobiography
I have to write it for my college as an assignment

I am afraid that you are not going to find my answer very helpful, but the assignment seems pretty clear to me:

Reflect on your own learning experience through writing an autobiography of 500-800 words on your language learning

Write about when and how you leant a foreign language.

and then use the theories in Course Book One to explain the influence of linguistic and cultural factors on the learning process.

Presumably you have Course Book One and have read about the theories. Write about how relevant these theories were to your own language-learning experience.
