My name is Patricia Pérez Sistos and I am from Morelia, Mexico. I am 18 years old and I am currently in my last year of high school.
With this letter, I would like to apply for the opportunity to take part on in a volunteering volunteer program.

Please allow me to briefly introduce myself. I was born into a family with a strong belief in the importance of values and education. I have always been very active and friendly. I like to take part in many social activities and experiencing to experience work in a group together with many people from different backgrounds. Therefore, I can adapt to new situations and make friends easily (Therefore means because of one thing, another thing will happen - It rained, therefore, I got wet. Because you like social activities does not indicate that you can adapt to new situations. I suggest that you delete "Therefore."). I am a very positive and trustful person; people usually feel confortable comfortable and safe around me. I have proved to myself my self that I have the skills and confidence necessary to achieve the goals I have attempted to reach. I think that to participate in social work, in a project like this, is the best way to do something that really fits to me. I feel the need to grow as a person, enriching my culture, language and learning from people that who are working. (I feel the need to grow as a person, to enrich my cultural understanding and to learn from people who are working.)
Moreover, the opportunity of volunteering abroad will provide me with a the huge opportunity of having a bigger more international exposure and a multicultural perspective.

I was an exchange student through Rotary International in Denmark last year. This was without doubts a doubt, the greatest year of my life. During my stay abroad, I faced challenges that lead led me to where I am today. It is to me important to me not to just know the world, but the culture and essence of other communities and what a better way to do this than helping and give giving what I have got and what I am to serve people.

The main reason for me that makes me want to take part in this program is that I want to try something new. I want to do this, and I know I will give the best of me. I believe that life is not just about sitting and planning, rather it is, more importantly, about going out and implementing. I am deeply convinced that the this program would provide me with the necessary knowledge and skills to realize my professional aims as well as my lifelong dreams. I believe that it would also enhance my skills in adapting to a constantly changing work environment, working individually or in a team and maintaining good working relationships with individuals of different cultural backgrounds. I feel this opportunity would mean a great deal for my professional and personal growth. I am a highly motivated, tolerant and dynamic individual with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

I also fully believe that I have the relevant abilities to take part in this program. Therefore, I would be more than glad if I were allowed to take part in this demanding international program, to prove my high level of motivation and do what I have a great passion for, travel the world and learn about other cultures.
