Mr.Antony have checked with Bupa management about the feasibility to extending the coverage at US hospitals and according to them the Bupa Middle East and the Bupa US is totally different.

Accordingly they advise us either to pay in US and claim invoices in Saudi office for re imbursement or get a separate insurance in US.
