Would you please look at the introduction below?

Introduction:

Many believe that educated people are intelligent; whereas, someone who has not studied yet, is not intelligent. To prove and to disprove this idea we need to study the lives of people around us; both educated and uneducated people.

Your title would have been better if written - Will any native....
Many native speakers have the ability, the question is if they are willing. I believe that you are confused between intelligence and knowledge. People are born with intelligence - they acquire knowledge through study and instruction.

Yes, but this is a title of TOEFL test in the area of writing skills. Of course, an Intelligence is general and an aptitude is specific.
