What are characteristics of a good neighbor?

"I think a good neighbor is friendly and helpful. If a neighbor is helpful they can help the others in an emergency. A good neighbor can keep their eyes on your home when you are away."

I think a good neighbor should be friendly and helpful. If a neighbor is helpful he will help you in an emergency. A good neighbor keeps an eye on your home when you are away.
