Report:

Introduction
The aim of this report is to outline the problems with the present furniture, decoration and layout of our office and to give a recommendation for the necessary improvement on it.
Furniture
The majority of the employees were of the opinion that our present furniture is old-fashioned and rickety and they do not feel comfortable in order to do their activities of full value. Despite that it is advisable to refurbish the offices with contemporary office furniture such as stylish soft leather sofas or L-shaped light brown wooden desks. That will give the necessary comfort for the staff and it will give costumers the impression that the company is profitable and reliable.
Decoration
Another outstanding problem in our office is the lack of decoration. The only embellishment ,which can be found ,is the intrusive artificial yellow plants hooked on the walls. It is highly recommended to replace them with greener and more captivating vegetation. It is proved that the green vegetation can purify the air, improve employee productivity and create a pleasant atmosphere not only for the staff, but our costumers as well.
Layout
It is noticeable that the layout of our office is really unorganised and it takes more space than it should be. It is a good idea if the furniture and equipment are reordered in a way that it will make the place look spacious. That will help the employees to feel more the freedom. What is more, according to Feng Shui the layout of the room affects our energy, productivity, creativity and positive thinking.
Conclusion
In conclusion, if the refurbishment of our office is seriously considered and carefully planned, it is bound to increase the productivity and creativity of all the employees.
