Default does this make sense

More than 100 pages to read and re-read, with maximum informatics quality as well as an extensive regional coverage on key matters of the services that have mostly expanded and developed concerning the high speed access business. A true permanent consulting manual.

Is this correctly written, open to suggestions

thanks
Miriam

".....developed concerning the high speed access business. A true permanent consulting manual."
this last part sounds a little ambiguous because of reduction of a clause into a phrase.
you may divide that sentence into two or use some conjunction words.
you are welcome
