Vacation Pay
All Staff,
SMI management is pleased to announce that the vacation salary payment of the employees is revised from 15 days to 21 days effective 1st January 2012. This revision has been made based on the clause newly added in the Labor law.

As a result of the recent change in the Labor Law, SMI management is pleased to announce that paid vacation entitlement for employees has beeen increased from 15 to 21 days with effect from 1st January 2012.
