    Default to improve reported speech

    Please check this paragraph for errors. Thank you

    John received a call from the Marysmith Elementary School regarding his request for copies of his school records. The person said they did not have any records on him. She said he should request the records from the Marysmith Middle School. She explained that when a student moved to another school they would transfer the records to that particular school.
