as i m anew member of this forum, so iwant to know that the teacher of this foroum "ll guide abt the improvement skills of english language and can i post here my essay and articles for the editing?
i hope that u "ll guige me properly.my basic problem is that i want to speak english v frequently( i can speak ,but not frequently) so plz help me.

Yes, you can. My first recommendation would be to use full English, not abbreviated (u v, etc).

thankx for reply, so please tell me that how can i improve my speaking fequently( english),i am speaking english but not may as correct as any one else,please guide me and give me some useful tips for improvement.
