we would like to inform you that we do not issue invoice , instead we issue
proforma invoice and unfortunately we do not issue proforma
invoice to individual person, so I have posted demand notes for subricption fee
through your postal address which shows amount to be paid .

Concerning your request for identity card we have checked our records and found
that you have already taken your identity card on 22nd February,2002. and we have not
found any records which shows that you have requested for a new identity card.
