Would somebody help me with my English?

1- The explanation about the methodology of this research is too brief for me to justify.

2- The duration of prescription studied was too short.

3- Relatively low response rate and respondents might be only from general practitioners which interested with the studied drugs and disease.

4- The availability of English version of questionnaire is not mentioned in the article.

1- Justify seems an odd choice to me- do you mean that you can't accept and approve the methodology on the information given?
3- practitioners which interested with- practitioners interested in
4- I'd change the order- There is no mention of the availability of an English version of the questionnaire

It's fine but I think I'd use 'explanation of'. ;-)
