    Default please check my letter grammer

    Dear
    Thank you for your reply. Since, I have sent all the required documents necessary to your esteemed university but Graduate Division were not received in time, therefore my application was closed and incomplete, I think the problem is not from me! However, I should submit a new application again and appropriate application fee? Please help me for this matter.
