Dear Nothern region,

We had undergone an exercise last week from (17 to 22 of September) for the battery backup installations to your region.Before we did the excise we had undergone an excise of phoning each and every branch asking if there is any additional work that needs to be done.

We also asked about,if your IT had finished the project of installing Vsats to your region as you know we still want to implement the VoIP solutions to your region, and we were told you were not yet finished.

After we had finished the project of installing the back up batteries , then our superiors called you about the success of the project then you told them that our guys did not finish the job,but yet we asked you before the project started and you said all branches were not ready about the implementation of VSATS.

So we now need to revisit all the branches to do the VoIP project

Attached is the VoIP requirements we need to be in place before we start the project.
Please let us know as soon as you are ready
