My name is M. Tee, an assistant officer-in-charge currently working at DEF park in ABC city. I write to ask for your confirmation that your department, possibly within the past two years, had assigned your staff to help us change the computer monitor from the past one 14'' with unknown brand name to the current one 17'' LCD with brand name ICM and your staff had subsequently taken the past one away back your department.

As there is a change of officer-in-charge in our park in recent months and I currently need to update the inventory record of my park, I feel a little bit hard to find the documents proving the past monitor was returned to your department and hence I hope you can help me find the related record in your department.
