In order to survey how many students addict to the Internet, we designed a questionnaire with 10 questions. We implemented the survey at the eighth-grade students of Yangmei Junior High School and requested them to fill it out. To distinguish whether they’re addicted or not, we designed 10 questions and 5 different frequencies. We also requested them to write down their gender. By the calculation, the survey showed no matter what gender they are, most of the eighth grade students are addicted to the Internet.
