There are many reasons which may cause insomnia, such as the pressure of work, studies or sickness. However, one of the most major factors is living habits. We can adopt a healthy lifestyle:exercise regularly, eat healthy food, and think positively. Taking preventive measures to prevent insomnia is much better than taking pills.
