Default Could you edit my letter please ???

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my meeting with Mr. James of Plastic Productc Factory. He asked me to make the following changes to the material from our last shipment and submit one sample.

1. Material should be soft than our previous delivery.
2. The opening should be little bigger (approx. 5%).

Out gasket is tight with the fitment. I am attaching the fitment for your checking.

Please send a new sample. He informed me that he is expecting a new order soon.

With best regards.

Yours sincerely,

Yours sincerely,

-do you mean " Products"?
- I think it's on the material in this case. not sure though.
-1. Materials should be softer than our previous delivery
- Please sent my a new sample. I was informed that he is expecting... (more formal)
- Use either Best regards or yours sincerely. In my opinion the first one is more appropriate.

What about this one....

This is in reference to my meeting with Mr. James of Plastic Product Factory. He requested me to make the following changes on the material we sent in our last shipment.

1. The material should be softer than the previous one.
2. The opening should be a little bigger or more flexible.

Our gasket is tight fitting. I'm attaching the fitter for your reference.

Please send a new sample. Mr. James is expecting new orders soon.

Best regards,
