Manager
I am wondering if it is OK or not.
Arif Khan is one of our directors , his bank account has been marked as Dormant by you. He has not made any transaction for a long time. You know he is one of the oldest clients of your branch and operating this account since 1986. Now he indents to re-active his account regularly.
we therefore request you to please re-active his account with immediate effect. We take full responsibilities and ready to face any consequences on his behalf

A person does not operate a bank account. This person cannot reactivate his account, the bank has to do that.
