Exclamation Having problem.Sorry could i ask a question!

Sorry teacher.Could you tell me some of webpages post the course motivation or the applicant forms when applying to an university as you have read many of them.I think it's very helpfull for many many candidates who want to take an advance academic program.Thanks for your helps.
