| Hi there. Thanks for your advice. I got another question for you if you don't mind. While the verb agreement of the following sentence should be singular: There is more than one cassowary dashing into the farm. What if "More than one cassorwarry is/are dashing into the farm" ? Cheers. |

| In the scond, I'd say cassorwarry is, just as I'd say more than one person is. |
