Subject: Request for annual vacation

Dear Sir,

This is to request my Annual vacation from 12.08.2006 to 14.09.2006 for the year 2005-06. which has been due since 3rd April 2006. I would like to avail the annual vacation and visit my home town kerala,India on August 12th 2006, and please arrange me to get my passport and all other settlements on 9th August, and request your kind approval for the same

Your early consideration of my request would be appreciated.
