It's a bit unclear what you mean- I can't quite see the connection between the faxing and the request. Is it this:

In addition to the approved drawing of IC-220, which was faxed to you on 15/06/06, we requested you to send the sample of this gasket urgently. The customer is calling us daily for this sample since they need the material very urgently. Please send it at the earliest. (here, you could use immediately/as soon as possible, I think)

Hi,

1. Customer approved the drawing IC-200 and faxed it to us.
2. We faxed this drawing to our Head Office on 15/06/2006. And we requested our Head Office to send a sample of IC-200 gasket urgently.
3. We did not get the sample gasket from our Head Office till now.
4. The customer is calling us daily for the sample of IC-200.
5. Because customer needs the material very urgently. And the sample should be approved from the customer before we start the production.
6. Now we are reporting the same thing to our Head Office.
