Would somebody please comment my English?

Studies have shown that doctors and patients are both exposed to negative effects from pharmaceutical promotion. Although physicians unaware the impact of promotion, studies have shown that doctors who rely heavily on promotion prescribe less rational and may endanger patient’s health. This will lead to a need for effective controls of such promotion across the globe.
