Default About using a noun as an adjective.

Hello there. I got 2 questions and hope someone can help.

1. I got a place to present souvenirs to the invited mentors and a banner or placard to to be put up, what's the proper wording?

Mentor souvenir collection area or Mentors' souvenir collection area?

2. How to pronounce the names of Catty and Katty?

kat ty or Kay ty?

Cheers.
