Default Is it grammatical correct?

Global economy: Hope on the economic locomotive
America suffers a setback

Wrong world on international stage: instead of listening to the usual instructions to make a better economic policy in the industrial countries, the delegates of the third world gave the Finance Minister and the Manager of the Central Bank a telling-off. The economic prospects are in this bad position because the industrial countries have missed to pursue the monetary and financial economy and to reduce the restraint of increase, criticised the Syrian Mohammed Imady in the name of the developing countries. The delegates of the industrial countries had not much to oppose against the blame of the developing countries that were frightened to loose their fruits of the new economic policy.

Thank you very much for your help in advance,
Dany

Questions. How did America suffer a setback? What is meant by "Wrong world on international stage"? whose finance minister and which central bank are you referring to?

Remember to capitalize only proper nouns.

Say "lose their fruits of the new economic policy" (not loose).

Since that is not is not a question, it should not get a QM (question mark). Also, it would probably have been better to have started a new thread rather than post that on an existing one.
