The delegates of the industrial countries had not much to oppose against the blame of the developing countries that were frightened to loose their fruits of the new economic policy.

Questions. How did America suffer a setback? What is meant by "Wrong world on international stage"? whose finance minister and which central bank are you referring to?

Remember to capitalize only proper nouns.

Say "lose their fruits of the new economic policy" (not loose).
