| First of all, grievance should be spelled correctly. Secondly, and most importantly, if you want to be taken seriously, you must all type and sign your names. I receive grievance letters all the time. The unsigned ones go right into the trash without being read. |

| Sincerely, _________________________________ John A. Smith __________________________________ Michael B. Jones etc. I'd spell out the names underneath the signature line because signatures are typically unclear. |
