Can someone pls check the procedures for me?

Here are some experimental procedures. Can u pls check if there was any error for me?

1) Put the copper grid with the side in which the membrane is attached to onto the sample droplet for one minute.

2) Sop up the excess liquid on the grid with a small piece of filter paper.

3) Then put the copper grid onto a droplet of M.Q water quickly and sop up the excess liquid on it with a small piece of filter paper.

4) Repeat procedure 3 twice.

5) Put the copper grid with the membrane side onto a droplet of 2% uranium acetate for 30 seconds.

6) Sop up the excess liquid on the grid with a small piece of filter paper.
