The following sentance is a typing drill I picked up in high school.
If you use as it as practice tool you can increase both your speed and accuracy since it uses almost every letter in the alphabet.

The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.

I type it ten time slowly for accuracy then I do a timed test to see how many times I can type it in 3 minutes.

If you do this every day for 2 weeks you will notice a vast improvement.
