Trust fund shall save US Government’s program

The US president has obliged his Republican critics in order to improve his chances for his economy program in congress. He wants to create a trust fund, into which a certain part of incomes of the planned tax-raise shall be paid in order to reducedeficits. With this offer, the President is following an idea of the Republican Bill Bradley. He has the opinion that lifestyle in America can just rise again when the budget deficit is eliminated. Every party that wants to help the country should therefore subordinate all other political targets to cutback the budget deficits at first.
