Default Help revise my sentence, Please

Can someone please help me revise my sentence.

Meanwhile, Immigrants who were learning how to speak fluent in English set a disadvantage for students who only speaks Enlgish. Since the imimigrants were learning to speak fluent in English; the immigrants are able to go out and find a job as a result, fewer jobs for those who only speak English becuase the company's who hired the employee's are more interested with the person whos bilingual

Meanwhile, Immigrants- imigrants
were learning how to speak fluent- the tense doesn't make much sense to much- how about 'who have learned to speak English fluently'
set a disadvantage for students who only speaks Enlgish- have an advantage over students who only speak English
in English; the immigrants- in English, they
find a job- find work/find jobs
fewer jobs for those- fewer jobs remain
company's- companies
who hired- that hire
employee's- employees
interested with- interested in
the person whos bilingual- people who are bilingual
