Is it correct?
Dear Teacher,
Customer requested us to cancel the order and confirm the same by fax.
Is the following sentence correct?
We are in receipt of your letter dated 31/10/2006 for Order Cancellation.
Thanks in advance.
Sweetie.

Re: Is it correct?
We are in receipt of your letter dated 31/10/2006 cancelling your order (number, if there is one) dated xxxxx for xxxxxxx(product or service).
In business it is best to be as specific as possible to avoid confusion or error, especially when it involves cancellation or money.
