Someone help me to check the following sentences?
if there's any grammar mistake...

Im sorry that i cant celebrate for u again.
But i believe that you will have a wonderful birthday.
Anyway,i can just post you 2 birthday gifts here.
They are a pen and a handkerchief with Winnie The Pooh pattern...
I really hope that you will like them.
Hope they will be useful to you too.

It's a very ordinary pen,but i myself like it much.
This handkerchief,i saw it during i was at night market.I bought it since i remember tat u like Winnie The Pooh.

And this birthday card,seems for kid...
it's cute,right?
i was hardly to find this kinda card..hehe~
