Hello everyone,i just need some ideas to write this letter over 500 words..
Because my english is not very well,so i hope that you all will understand and give me some help..I will really appreciate it.Thank you very much.
(My letter should justify and explain why we need the children's playground.It should be on behalf of our town counsil.)

Make a list of the points in favour of this new playground, then construct a letter, using these in sentences. [It is not clear to whom the letter is to be addressed.]

Then post it here and ask again!
