Further to our previous discussion with you regarding no timer control for lighting system of club house, timer/ schedule control shall be provided to lighting system of club house. We would like to seek your assistance in enhancing the existing lighting system so as to save energy consumption and manpower.

... or do you mean:
: a timer/schedule control system needs to be provided for the lighting system in the club house.
I am unsure whether you are asking the contractor for a timer/schedule device, or giving him one and telling him to install it. Hope this helps.
