Clear debris from channel
I would be grateful if someone could help me to correct my letter. Thanks
Dear Colleague
Further to routine maintenance inspection to ascertain the extent of the slope for TGV, I found that some drainage channels, sand traps and slope surface have been clogged by accumulated debris. Due to the forthcoming rainstorm event, I would be grateful if you could arrange contractor to keep the above debris out of all channels, traps and relevant surface within our slope management area in order to reduce the probability of instability of slopes and retaining walls.
Enclose herewith photos and site part plan for your information and necessary action.
