Letter purpose: seek a help from client to push the contractor to rectify some defects.

Further to our site inspection with Mr.ABC, Mr. XYZ and us concerning of two nos of lighting fault at lift lobby of tower C, 13/F and tower E, 9/F respectively on 18 Dec 2007 , the lightings fault have been verified as the problem of product quality and are still pending for replacement. Unfortunately, a same type of lighting fault at lift lobby of Tower A, 19/F has occurred again on 10 Jan 2007. The rectification work to the aforesaid issues have not been made up to now. We would be grateful if you could assist us to rectify this problem asap to mitigate any inconvenience to our owner.

Further to the site inspection on December 18 2006, with Mr.ABC, Mr. XYZ and ourselves regarding the lighting faults in the lift lobbies of tower C, 13/F and tower E, 9/F respectively. The faults have been confirmed to be the result of poor product quality and we are still awaiting replacement. Unfortunately, a similar fault occurred on January 10 2007 in the lift lobby of Tower A, 19/F. The remedial work is still outstanding, and we would be grateful if you could attend to this matter asap to minimise any inconvenience to the owner.
